Lease Termination Agreement
With reference to lease dated________________. Lessor will accept payment of $51,000.00 and 2016 taxes prorated to time of termination of lease. Quinn Rentals/Lee Specialties would order and pay for a phase l environmental assessment of property located at 1939 Talc Casper, Wy 82609. Upon satisfactory environmental report and removal of any hazardous material from location, Haygood Properties will terminate lease. Any property left on premises would become the property of Haygood Properties.
This proposal saves Quinn Rentals / Lee Specialties a significant amount of money over your first proposal. With cutting rent in half and continue the term of lease you would be well over $60,000.00 when you add in utilities, insurance, taxes and liability for another year.
We feel this to be a fair and equitable proposal and a win-win for both parties. If you concur, I will have a lease termination agreement prepared.
