Short rows make it a quick and interesting knit. 1 Materials: Northbound Knitting Superwash Merino Fingering: Colour A, (Midnight) 400 yards, Colour B, (Kitten) 200 yards. Size US 8 needles Tapestry needle Gauge: 4 sts=1” in stockinette stitch Finished Measurements: (Post Blocking) Length (At center point)=18” Width=80” Abbreviations Used: K=Knit RS=Right side WS=Wrong side St(s)=Stitch(es) M=Marker PM=Place marker SM=Slip marker M1L=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from front to back, knit into back of loop M1R=With left needle tip, lift strand between sts from back to front, knit into front of loop Kf&b=Knit into the front and back of same stitch W&T=Wrap and Turn-Bring yarn to the front, slip one stitch from left hand needle to right, bring yarn to the back and slip stitch back to left hand needle.
