Through out my role as a General Store Manager, I have already gained invaluable exposure to a fast paced Customer Service environment. I am familiar and confident with all administrative tasks and operational duties that take place and successfully work to produce the best possible results. I strive to always improve and learn from mistakes. I have developed on various skills and qualities, and endeavour to utilise these assets within this role.
Working with clients and customers on a daily basis has enhanced my communication skills, therefore I am highly confident in interacting with people from all walks of life through a variety of different platforms; including telephone, email and face-to-face and provide polite and helpful customer service.
