Bromley Council app One year ago, I had visited Belgrade (Serbia), where I took some pictures of migrants staying at the park located in Belgrade's central Bus station. These images containing Muslim families, couples and man staying indefinitely long periods of time, without any social assistance, being registered, provided with proper sanitation, adequate alimentation or clear information of how to get these essential needs during the stay. Some of them lived in the park for days, most of them for weeks, but have seen couples staying for months. At the time of my first visit, I have counted about a 150, all of them with the intentions to travel further north to the EU, be registered in Hungary under a Syrian identity, than travel to Denmark, Belgium, UK or Norway. The illegal registry process I have learned from them. Since I took those images, the government of Hungary, tried everything to keep me away to register an address, gradually forcing me to live on the street. I decided to walk back to Serbia for the second time, where I was jailed, given a notice to live the country and forbidden to re-enter for a year. I started to alarm UN offices in Belgrade, Budapest, and later in Vienna and Geneva of the humanitarian crisis goes unreported and undocumented publically. In Hungary I never let stay more than a few days in homeless shelters, leaving me the only choice to look for social help in a different EU country. In the end of November, I ended up coming to the UK, where I arrived to the Heathrow airport, from there walked to central London. In London I registered with the Street-Link, went to Providence Row's Dowel House, and registered. I was told to stay on one place, to be able to located, and I picked an easy to locate address, right front of the Bank of England, the Tivoli Corner, given exact location. After more than 4 nights out, I had been visited once, without any follow up. I decided to leave London, go to Dover (Kent) and look for a ferry to take me to france. On my way, passing the Chislehurst area, along the A20, I had encountered with some could rainy weather, where I was forced to stop. Turned back to London, but noticed the wooded area where I started to build a squat. Days later, decided to go back to London, use the free internet service, and get some food supplies, and try to register as a homeless with the Council of Borough Bromley. I filled the application form, try to contact Ms Vanessa Allen and Mr Graham Arthur via their @Bromley.gov.uk email addresses, but never received an answer to my email address.
