In our life, I think one of the most necessary things is smart phone. As phone, the most essential part is battery. So I want to describe and introduce what are they in chemistry way.
The battery have various material and lots of compounds, I want to delve the main compounds that have. Totally, battery of phone have five main compounds--- Al2O3 ，P olycarbonate, MnO2, Sb2O3,, CuO and Li, Al2O3 is Ionic compounds because it is hard to burnt and shiny. MnO2 , CuO and Sb2O3 is Ionic compounds because they are hard to burnt . Li is Ionic compounds because it is mental. Polycarbonate is Molecular compounds because it is easy to burnt and no mental.
The battery’s scarfskin is made up by Polycarbonate and Sb2O3, use this two compounds could defend the inner-fire.
The positive electrode made up by Al2O3 negative electrode made up by CuO . Two of the most essential materials are-- Li and MnO2 their functions used to hold and release the electricity. That’s why we always call them Lithium-ion battery.
