Awareness: becoming aware of technologies. In this phases, teacher should use ICT tool for create the learning environment, provide an opportunities by introducing the certain of ICT tool with some new ideal and events to early child, create some interest problem or question to student, teacher may respond to child’s interest and shared experience to show interest and enthusiasm in ICT tools to attractive early child attention in learning. For early child student in this phases, they can truly experience the ICT tools then may acquire an interest on this, recognize and perceive the ICT tools in the learning environment, develop curiosity about the technology in environment.
Example: Teacher show a digital camera in the lesson, teacher introduce the digital camera to early child student, teacher invite student ask question about the digital camera, then student initial awareness the digital camera.
Exploration and Filtration: examining various technologies and selecting a ICT tool that shows potential. In this phrase, Teacher need to facilitate the ICT tools, incentive and enhance exploration, ask some open-ended question to students, allow student to contact the ICT tools. For Student: observe and explore the ICT material then collect some information and discover it, they will try to understanding by their own points, create by personal meaning about the potential of use the selecting ICT tool.

Application: implementing a project that uses the ICT technology to fulfill a need. In this phases teacher should use the ICT tool in the lesson activities, work and demonstration it to help student know how to apply the technology in certain kind of situation, then student can clear to understand and learned how to apply the ICT tools.
Example: Teacher implement a natural science project, teacher use digital camera for recording the flower plant, then student can learn to application digital camera as technology in daily living.
Justification the rationale of using ICT for supporting young child learning experience
Learning extend to anywhere and new era (Open University Press, 2007): ICT can extend the learning experience in more mobility and it especially greatly enhance in early child literacy development, When ICT tool is apply in learning, the traditional activities can now be complemented in some new digital and online technologies, then these technologies and the activities for children may more high engage, it cause the learning experience in new and exciting ways, moreover nowadays, many kinds of new technology for such as talking book, multimedia learning portal, talking word processors could allow early child more independence to learn and learning in mobility then learning in anywhere and anytime, it is critical great element for learning language from richest language environment and experience got the advantage from ICT tools, the advantage for long-lasting learning experience can lead early child more deeply and internalized the knowledge what they had learned, so ICT can extend the learning opportunity from school to anywhere and anytime.

The role and potential of using ICT in early childhood education for the development of whole child that early child educator should bring and apply ICT fit into whole curriculum which included in physical, emotional, social and cognition in stead of only the knowledge of technology and ICT to early child. When using ICT tools such as computer, it can stretches children ‘s eye hand co-ordination, also using ICT to supporting emotional development, teacher can broadcast different of movie and song for child more engagement into learning activities that student can experience in different emotion through ICT tool. The last cognitive development is mastering different kinds of knowledge, that ICT can play as good role, for instant, early child can search some information in google portal to find out some answer, then can know more and more instead only teacher told to them, meanwhile it can enhance their problem solve skill. Overall, we should bring the function and benefit of ICT in early child education into holistic curriculum as global future trend, it let the early child can learning and walking within technology and ICT environment, it purpose for their understand the importance of ICT and technology in early year stage (McLachlan & Claire, 2013).
