MY rich challenge
1.my first goal is to try not to stop unless for a valuble reason
2.my second goal is to pace myself and try to beat my best every time
what ill be doing...
I will be running around the block twice but before I go ill record my heart rate and then record it during it and then after it. I will be running around the block on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and I will try not to stop

My first run, how did I go...
On my first run I think I did pretty well because I got a time of 10 minutes 17 seconds and also completed the first lap without stopping but on the second lap I took it to fast and got a stitch and had to stop therefore I did not complete my first goal :(
On my next run I will pace myself and try and complete the whole course without stopping and beat my best
My heart rate...
before I did my run my heart rate was 96 bpm.During the run my heart rate was 164 bpm.After my run my heart rate was 120 bpm
my second run, how did I go...
For my second run my I thought I did much better because I paced myself much better because I didn’t stop at all and got a time of 9 minutes 42 seconds because I didn’t take it to fast and get a stitch...

for my third and final run...
for my final run I think it was my worse run because I ate 3 oranges before my run (which was idiotic)and got a stitch at the beginning and had to stop and got a time of 10 minutes and 42 seconds.Next time I wont eat as much oranges and pace myself

For my reflection overall I thought I did alright because at time I did good but most of them were bad.if I did this challenge again I would pace myself and not eat as much oranges.For this challenge I did not complete any of my goals cause I didn’t beat my best and I stopped most of the time.Overall I thought I did alright.
