Students will submit to the authority of all adult leaders and maintain a Christ-like attitude.
Students are not permitted to be alone with a member of the opposite sex. Students may hold hands, but other Public Displays of Affection are not allowed during youth events
Students are not permitted to touch anyone’s belongings but their own, unless helping load or unload.
Students will be expected to participate in all group activities.
Destructive behavior will not be tolerated.
All students will treat each other and their leaders with respect.
All students must obey the rules of the church and the rules of the organization that we are involved with. Ex: NO food or drinks in sanctuary!
The use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, perverse/profane language, sexually explicit materials, patches, emblems, and clothing suggesting or depicting vulgarity is forbidden.
No weapons (including pocket knives) are allowed at any church function and they will be confiscated if found on a student.
Written release (Medical/Permission) forms are required to be on file for student’s to participate
in youth ministry events.
11. If a student would like to be picked up at an event that is off campus then you must
pre-arrange that with the youth pastor.
12. Always leave a service or event area clean or cleaner than when we arrived.
All clothing should be in good taste and modest. We should be thinking about God and others, not what someone is or isn’t wearing. NO Hats, billboard shorts, or sagging pant. Shirts/tops shall be worn at an appropriate length, no midriff or undergarments should be revealed at any time during student activities.
Swimwear should be in good taste. No male bikini swimwear and ladies should wear a one piece, or a tankini that covers the stomach area (a colored shirt over a two piece is acceptable). When in doubt don’t wear it!!!!
Cell Phones - The use of Bible Apps, texting, or using social networks during youth services is prohibited.
If any of the above rules are violated, the adult leaders have the right to enforce the consequences listed below. It is the student’s responsibility to hold him/her self accountable, and if you do not then the leaders will.
Loss of privilege at the leader’s discretion.
Examples include, but are not limited to: formal apology, not being allowed to participate in events, confiscating of cell phone until the end of service etc…
Call parents and/or send the student home from trip at the parent’s expense.
