Our culprit is Peter Wenders; we believe he murdered Harris Burdick after receiving the fourth teen coal drawn pictures from Harris Burdick. His primary motive for this crime is greed. Since Peter did not receive the story’s to accompany the pictures, Peter could kill Burdick, create his own stories, and gain wealth and fame.
First piece of evidence is the schedule book. This book contains a detailed list of names and times of people who scheduled an appointment within Peter Wenders Publishing Company. Records show he no check-out time for Harris Burdick. This evidence leads us to believe he never left the building due to being killed by Peter Wenders.
At the scene of the crime we discovered wet cement warning signs. Cement is a substance commonly used in construction and in this case means Peter Wenders Publishing Company was under possible renovations. Considering the time he checked in, we can conclude that Peter Wenders dumped Harris Burdick deceased body into wet cement
Finally, blood stains were located on the carpet floor at the scene of the crime. After Harris Burdick left the fourth teen coal drawings in Mr. Wender’s possession, he seized his opportunity to then kill Burdick and drag his body to the lower levels of where the wet cement was located.
In conclusion, Peter Wenders was motivated by fam
