CONCLUSION The project we had required each of us to program, design, and cronstruct a robot to climb a set of stairs given by the engineering department. The parts we had used to do this consisted of a boe-bot kit and foam Our lab group desined, programmed, and constructed a robot to climb a set a stair by giving it a bigger set of wheels and removing the metal chassis The challenges we faced with the boe-bot were the fixed torque from the servo motors, the stability and torque of the constructed wheels. we constructed foam wheels to connect to the servo motors to reach and climbe the heigh of the stairs but unfortunately we realized the wheels we made created too much torque for the sevo motors and the foam base we had made was not stable enough to hold the weight of the chassis without bending. ` P a g e 3 | 4 8.
