Would we recommend? Neither of us would recommend this supplement because of all the risks involved. It may pump you up for your workout more than any other supplement but it just isn’t worth the risks.
Studies: We couldn’t find any long term c4 studies due to the recent release of the new formula (2014). If we were to design a long term study we would test effects it has on your blood pressure, heart rate, and risk of stroke to see if those accusations are correct.
Pros: Energy surge, increased muscle pump, keeps you focused
Cons: There are many, many risks involved with taking this supplement, also it’s very expensive even if you don’t use more than one scoop per workout
