SUMMER WORKOUTS 2015
-Workouts begin on June 15. We will have workouts Monday through Thursday.
-All players MUST have a current physical to participate in workouts.
-Come with a great attitude prepared to WORK HARD.
-BE ON TIME for workouts.
-Workout sessions will consist of weightlifting, agilities, and skill development.
-Workouts will end on time. Plan rides accordingly.
-Varsity will start in the weight room and finish on the field. JV will start on the field and finish in the weight room.
-Wear proper attire for workouts. Have both cleats and athletic shoes. No jewelry or do-rags.
-There will be NO workouts the week of July 4th (June 29-July 4) and July 20-25. Run and workout on your own these weeks.
-Team Camp will be June 22-24 and will be for Varsity Only. JV workouts TBA those days.
-First day of practice is August 1. Practice is MANDATORY beginning August 1. August schedule is tentative and may change.
-PERFECT STORM – Must attend 90% of summer workouts = T-Shirt, Picture in weight room, and helmet award stickers.
