SUMMER WORKOUTS 2014
-Workouts begin on June 16. We will workout on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
-All players MUST have a current physical to participate in workouts.
-Sports Plus Physical day is June 7
-Come with a great attitude prepared to WORK HARD.
-BE ON TIME for workouts.
-Workout sessions will consist of weightlifting, agilities, and skill development.
-Workouts will end on time. Plan rides accordingly.
-Wear proper attire for workouts. Have both cleats and athletic shoes. No jewelry or do-rags.
-There will be no workouts the week of July 4th and July 21-25. Run and workout on your own these weeks.
-Team Camp will be June 26-28 and will be for Varsity Only.
-First day of practice is August 1. Practice is MANDATORY beginning August 1. August schedule is tentative and may change.
-PERFECT STORM – Must attend 90% of summer workouts = T-Shirt
