Activity: Made salads and desserts on my training at O’charleys.
Commentary: I met my facilitator and got the low down on when I will be able to sauté which is essential for my product.
Total Time Thus Far:
Activity: made more desserts and salads and learned how sanitation is important when working with food.
Commentary: Richard taught me how to make two new desserts and two new salads and says that I’ll be on the stove as soon as I’m used to working with salads and desserts.
Activity: Still worked on salads and desserts but have gotten accustomed how to get them done quicker and prepare them better.
I’m now used to making salads and desserts when needed can’t wait to start sautéing soon.
