Activity: Learned how to make junior tips sort of like bits of steak in an au ju sauce.
Commentary: Jr tips is probably the easiest thing I’ve learned on the sauté station but need to be cautious when the flames rise to my face.

Commentary: Just like Cajun chicken pasta but except with shrimps and scampi sauce instead of chicken and alfredo.
Activity: Have learned everything that comes with sautéing.
Commentary: With Richards help I have learned all the recipes of and have decided that I will be making Cajun chicken pasta for my product to the judges.
