The club’s AGM will be held on Saturday 26th November 2016 in the Club Complex at 7.30pm. All paid-up members are encouraged to attend to help with driving our club forward for 2017. All motions and nomination of members to the Executive Committee should be returned to secretary Francis Rooney by Wednesday 23rd November 2016.
The Cairde Seamróga Ros Liath lotto jackpot has gone unclaimed for yet another week. Next week's draw for a jackpot of £8800/€13200 will be held in the Village Inn with Ann Quigley and Margaret Cosgrove co-ordinators. The numbers drawn on Sunday night were 3, 16, 18 and 24. Packie McCabe won the seller's prize and the five lucky dip winners were Emmett McCabe, Tattinbar, Brian Murray, Tannaghaboy, Sean Beggan, Drumacritten, Adel McClave, Lisnaskea and Oisin Boyle, Derryard. Thank you to all for your continued support.
The club is hosting a table quiz in the Complex on Friday 25th November at 8.30pm with Ciaran Maguire as quizmaster. Tables of four players cost £20. Questions for all ages and abilities will be provided and a good nights entertainment for all is guaranteed. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to club president and former player Joe Pat Prunty on the publication of his book, A Lifetime of Football, Fields and Faith. The book provides a wonderful insight into Joe Pat’s life, from growing up in Derryvollen through his lifetime of experiences and many achievements.
Sympathy is extended to the family of Owenie Beggan, Derrygannon who passed away last week. May his soul rest in peace.
