JURYING REQUIREMENTS: Submit three clear non-returnable photos of your recent and representative work for jurying. Alternately, a website with current examples of your artwork may be used instead of submitting photos.
Deadline for all applications is September 1, 2017. There are a limited number of spaces available.
Artwork submitted for jurying must be the original creation of the artist. To be accepted into the show your work must meet the standards set by the Jurying Committee and will be evaluated for Originality, Quality and Appearance. If your application is accepted, you will be notified by mail or email. Notifications will be sent out in the order that they are received. Please do not send any show entrance fees until you are notified your application has been accepted.

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: All media - including photography, oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, charcoal and print making (hand pulled printing), drawing, sculpture, (metal, wood, clay, fabric, etc.) Non-acceptable items include commercial kits or your own kits, plastic flowers, fruits, greenery, quickie decoupage, modge-podge, poured finish, pom-pom, beaded items or plastic needlepoint. Craft items, bazaar items, and other flea market items will not be accepted at the Jurying Committee’s discretion.
VENDOR'S PERMITS: If you plan on selling your work during the show you must have an Ohio Vendor's or Seller’s permit in your possession. The Art Walk Committee and its sponsors are not responsible for accidents and/or damage occurring during show hours including set-up and breakdown periods.
ENTRANCE FEES: The Point Place Art Walk will be an outdoor exhibit running along a public pathway situated between Summit Street and Lighthouse Bay. A non-refundable* entrance fee of $40.00 is required for a 15-foot wide by 15-foot deep space (size approximate). SHOW FEES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW. Tables, chairs, tents, covers, displays, etc. will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. No electricity will be available. Public facilities will be available along with food and beverage service. All displays must be set-up by 9:30 a.m. and are subject to a final review by the jurying committee.
