After reading so many articles and stories about being, understanding and knowing what a good sufficient leader consists of; as I read, this saying was repeated numerous times. "Leading is a very human activity -- we're all human -- so there are many people who consider themselves experts on leadership. " It must be true. The more managers inforce delegation, leadship falls under that standard of an organization that is ready for the future. Being able to understand leadership in the readings has given me much more insight on wanting to be a better leader in myself.
lmprovements on leadership has plenty to do with the style of leading. According to (Introduction to Management, 1st Edition), knowing what leadership style a person is helps with innovation of the business moving forward. After taking the "What's Your Style", my results stated that I am a steward in leadership.
Managers vs. Leaders
Many can debate it for years to come, but one must be a leader before a manager. In life we don't start at the top of the chain of business. If many are lucky, just becoming a part of the team is fine. For those who want more in their position comes efficient, effective leadership. Leadership not only helps but it improves the quality of the business production. Leading others to motivate influence within the community, companies, or any business show great leadership. Understanding the exact way to use the leadership takes time. Being a leader can not happen overnight, many professionals have agreed. "Management of Organizational Behavior:" Organization makes the leadership and manager position stick like glue. Managers need leadership to build a structured organization is productive. No business can exist without the foundation of this methods. Organization beings the most important key of placement in the company.

In conclusion, my style of leadership motivates others to want to do more life. Moving up in tbe business and making sure to leave no behind. Innovation creates a wide variety of operations in leadership ways. Good leaders make good managers and leads the business into great ventures. What makes us a good leader? Will I can definitely say that my experience as a cheerleading coach has help along the way in leading as far as that goes. Building my business leadership style can go hand and hand with how I lead my team. Teamwork, training, incentives makes all the goals of good leadership work.
