Activity Description: This afternoon my facilitator and I meant up at Panera to discuss what I needed to do to be successful in making this prom dress. Such as the different patterns I might need and the type of fabric I recently bought. She even recommended going back to the fabric store to get a few more items such as a zipper for the back of my prom dress and boning to add to he bodice of the dress. We also discussed what to expect during the dress making process.
Commentary: After sitting down and talking to my facilitator about my senior project, I was reinsured that this project can be completed soon.

Activity Description: This Afternoon I went to the fabric store to look at patterns. It took me awhile to sort through all the patterns offered in the store. Getting a pattern was Important because it provides accurate measurements according to my size dress. I also went there to read more “ How- To” books to get more information of dress making to popular designs to add to my dress.
Commentary: After seeing all the patterns at the store made me a bit overwhelmed. I never imagined there was a pattern for almost everything I could possibly think of creating.
Me reading the back of a pattern I was interested in. I figured out that the measurements for the amount of fabric I need are kept on the back.
Me Comparing a dress pattern I found to other patterns available in the store. There was so many dress patterns to pick from

Commentary: I was really excited to look at everything I have gotten over the past couple months. I cant wait to make this dream dress come to life.
