The silence is broken by the alarm clock going off at 6:30am in his bedroom, an 4 year employee rises up from his bed to start his day a company called kirk Rudy. He wakes up has his coffee and gets ready for his day with his coworkers and friends.
Mark Allen's day consists of walking In and clocking in for work and going over to his station and getting his things ready for the long day ahead. The way he starts his day is by drawing schematics and helping people understand the problem that they are having with the machine and helping them troubleshooting it to the right calibration. My facilitator Mark Allen said his overall business day consists of helping support the overhead then he checks out an indirect product and he has to help manage relationships with other people. Also he says he would like to work in the farming industry way and the way he got in to this field is by learning how to draw schematics. The most successful thing that he did in the field was keeping his mouth shut and knowing when to speak certain situations. His biggest strength is being good teacher and being patient. The big aspects of the job is that he needs to keep a good relationship with other employee's and others, the most important thing he is proud of is designed a programmable control system for the machines, what the career has taught him is to trust the measuring tool you got to us for the job and trust the machines. My facilitator's biggest weakness is higher math and lack of education and he told me that there is a lot of measurements as well in this job.
Skills he would like to develop is that he wants to gain more information about data base management and he said a time when something didn’t work and his job was designed a different PLC that had to work to then he had to scrap it because it didn’t work like it should have. Also what he finds difficult about his job that his boss keeps adding more and more, also how what he finds difficult is that he approaches risks in this job the risks is that making himself aware of current trends or standards how he can deal with stressful declensions at work or situations of his job is that he tries to answer the questions that are asked, he doesn’t know everything the people try to apply it to see if it is true in this type of situation or not.
