Take I-580 EAST toward Stockton
Take EXIT 51 (Isabel Ave. (Hwy. 84)/Portola Ave.)
Turn LEFT on ISABEL AVE.
Cross Portola Ave. (N. Canyons Parkway)
Isabel Ave. becomes Campus Hill Drive
Continue about .4 mile on Campus Hill Drive to Las Positas College
Turn right onto Campus Loop, the pool will be on the left past the soccer field.

Take I-580 WEST toward Oakland
Take EXIT 51 (Isabel Ave. (Hwy. 84)/Portola Ave.)
Turn RIGHT on ISABEL AVE.
Course: 13 lane outdoor heated pool. 9 lanes, 25-yard swim competition area with separate 6-lane warm-up pool. Electronic timing system with touch-pads will be used along with at least 2 back-up timers per lane. Two one (1) meter diving boards and a hot tub. Swimming and Diving will run concurrently.
Time: Pool opens at 7:00 AM.
Swimming: Warm-up starts at 7:30 AM; Meet starts at 9:00 AM.
Diving Girls: Warm-up starts at 9:00 AM; Meet starts at 10:00 AM.
Diving Boys: Warm-up at the conclusion of the girls meet. Meet starts 45 minutes after the conclusion of the girls (1) meter diving.
Dive sheets are due 45 minutes prior to the start of each competition (6 dive list).
Dual Meet Format – 6 dive list: 1 voluntary, 5 optional from 4 category.
Entries: Submit entries via Club Assistant online or email a ‘Hy-Tek’ file to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday March 7th. Swimmers (JV or Varsity) may enter a maximum of four (4) events with no more than two (2) individual events. Only 2 relay teams per event will score, the third relay will be an exhibition relay only and will not count towards the final score. Only the top 18 entered girls and the top 18 entered boys will swim in the 500 yard freestyle! We will run only 2 heats of each to keep the meet moving and within a reasonable time frame! Coaches with swimmers outside the top 18 will be notified and allowed to move the swimmers to another event.
Swimmers and Divers must have a coach present at the meet. A swim coach can represent divers.
Entry Fees: $100 for combined Varsity Girls & Boys, $50 for combined JV Girls & Boys. For schools with diving only (no swimmers), entry fees are $40 per school.
Please make checks payable to LPC Aquatics. Checks may be turned in prior to the start of the meet, or post-marked on or before Monday, March 7th and mailed to the following address:

Psych Sheets: Psych sheets will be emailed to all head coaches Tuesday March 8th. The top 18 girls and boys Varsity 500 yard Freestyle will be identified when the psych sheets are released. Swimmers not in the top 18 may swim in another event. Coaches must submit these entries by Thursday March 10th.
Scratches: Scratches are to be submitted by 7:30 AM. If a swimmer is not scratched, the meet will be run with the lane open. Should a swimmer not show and was not scratched at the beginning of the day, the swimmer is DQ’ed from that event only.
Program: Programs will be given to each team the day of the meet. Heat & Lane assignments will be posted the day of the meet and uploaded to Meet Mobile.
Admission and Parking: Admission and Parking is Free. Please park in Lots P and H only. Other parking lots will require a parking pass.
Snack Bar: A snack bar will be on the premises.
Hospitality: Refreshments & lunches will be provided for officials & coaches.
Timing & Marshall Responsibilities: Provided by Las Positas College.
Rules: The National Federation of State High School Association rules will govern the meet.
Scoring: Points will be awarded to first (1st) - through sixteenth (16th) place finishers in individual events and first (1st) – ninth 9th place finishers in relay events.
Awards: Awards will be presented to the 1st place Varsity Boys’ team, 1st place Varsity Girls team.

**Costume Relay is an 8 person relay, each individual swims 25 yards, Individual Medley order, IN COSTUMES.
Each school may enter 1 team (any combo of male/female/jv/varsity). This is not high school sanctioned event, not scored and does not count towards individual race. Have the kids come up with creative costumes and themes. Have fun!
