Hogwarts in Real Life
By Maddy, Jada, Caden, Krish
If built in real life, our building would be 21 ft. tall.
Renton Prep is 104 ft. tall and is a seven story building.
It can be duplicated
Our graham cracker version of Hogwarts can be duplicated because of its sturdy structure and it’s reasonable size. Although it is slightly leaning, it still stands. Food industries can easily replicate our design. It is simple, and from our personal experiences it was fun for all of us to build and it will hopefully be for others if this is made into a product. If this building was turned into an actual skyscraper, it would need taller walls on each floor, because at the moment it is 5 feet tall for each floor. Our original measurements were also slightly off. We had put an extra graham cracker in between each layer to keep the building stable. This helped with not putting all of the pressure on the base. However, we didn’t take this extra layer into consideration when blueprinting our design. Because of that, the actual measurements were an inch off from the blueprint.
