Fall 2015 fashion and hair trend report.
Fall Fashion Report 2015
Being a professional in the beauty industry it is my responsibility to always be up to date on current and up and coming trends. For me, I get a lot of inspiration for hair from current fashion trends. I study the runways for the upcoming season than choose new hair trends that would compliment it perfectly.
I also feel as a professional that it is my job to educate all of you lovely people on what is trending so we can all look and feel fabulous together!
So it is my pleasure to present the fall trend report for fashion and the hair that works well with it. In this blog and upcoming blogs I write I will be describing hot trends for fall and the hot hairstyle that will compliment it. It is so important to plan a head especially with hair. I am often planning what my guest is going to want for fall, summer, spring and winter because we all know Rome wasn’t built in a day and to change your hair with protecting the integrity takes planning and time it NEVER happens in one sitting. So I know no one wants to hear it yet but fall is upon us and we all need to start planning for our beauty regime for the upcoming season!!!!
So without further ado I present your first trend for fall!!!
This summer we saw a ton of late sixties and early seventies inspired looks, well luckily this trend is going to roll over to fall and I’m in love!! This is by far my all-time favorite era. Anyone who knows me knows I love fringe on everything. For fall it is taking a slightly different turn however but still amazing. They are using thick textured fabrics with a ton of prints that resemble tapestry in your own home.
These styles are paired perfectly with two staple hairstyles from the early seventies and late sixties that are making a huge comeback with of course a very modern twist!
First is the modern shag, we all know the shag as rocker Joan Jetts signature look. This cut has many different lengths with a jagged shattered perimiter. This style offers a ton of volume with and easy to style edgy look.
The next is the heavy fringe worn by the beautiful Bridget Bardot. This look can be playful, sexy and sweet all at the same time and can be worn with most hairstyles. Taking the plunge to cutting in a fringe definitley takes a bit of commitment because like I tell all my guests growing out a fringe is never preety. Make sure you have a proper consultation to understand if a fringe will work for you.
Hope you all enjoyed and stay tuned for nine other trends that will help prepare you for fall!!!
