What Is A PFT Test?
A PFT Test is a timed test that test your running speed, chest strength, and core strength.
It Consist of a two mile run, as many push-ups you can do in two minutes, and as many sit-ups you can do in two minutes.

Activity: 3 mile run
Commentary: I did a three mile run to build up my endurance so I could increase my 2 mile run time.
Activity: Workout ( working on chest and abs)
Commentary: I did many set of pushups, sit ups, some bench press curls, and planks. I did this to increase my strength for the PFT Test
Activity: Hiking up Kennesaw with facilitator
Commentary: I and my facilitator hike up Kennesaw mountain to build my endurance.
My Second PFT Test
Two Mile Run: 16:30
Activity: Talked to my mentor about how to speed up my running time.
Commentary: we worked on a plan to quickly seed up my times and work on my endurance.
Activity: Long Run at a course around neighborhood. 3 miles’ long
Commentary: Was able to complete hilly course in 30 minutes 2 seconds. This is helping me build my endurance.
Activity: Bike trail course
Commentary: Used blankets creek bike course to train and work on my endurance.

Activity: 4-mile run
Commentary: ran at 10-minute mile pace to increase endurance for run

Commentary: used the bike course to help me build endurance
Activity: last workout before final PFT test
Commentary: worked with weights, with facilitator telling me what to do. Worked on biceps, chest, abs, and legs.
