La Organizacion Hispana del Condado de Elmore Elmore County Hispanic Organization Non-Profit Corporation In Pursuit of Unity Through *Education * Culture *Tradition* P O Box 972 Mountain Home, ID 83647 January 25, 2016 Dear Vendor Elmore County Hispanic Organization is pleased to announce that the Vendor Booth Committee for the Annual “Cinco de Mayo” Celebration is now accepting applications for booths. The celebration is to be held on Saturday, May 7th, 2016 at the Mountain Home Carl Miller Park. The success of all our events relies on vendors from our community and the surrounding area. People just like you, who are proud of and care about the community, wanting to help make it a good place in which to live. The DEADLINE to submit the vendor booth application is April 25, 2016. All applications will be considered at the same time. Applications must be accompanied by full payment of the booth fees. All applicants will be notified of acceptance by mail or phone call. If your application is not accepted your fee will be refunded. The Annual “Cinco de Mayo” Celebration vendor booth committee will provide a 12’x 12’ single booth space. All booths must be self-sustaining. Your organization will be responsible for decorating your own space and providing your own volunteers to man your booth. Double and triple booth requests will be considered on a space available basis.
