Decided om a few deserts I planned to bake several times throughout the month so it'll be comfortable to making. Also have asked friends if they would be interested in trying what I baked.
I personally wrote out ingredients and measurements that I felt I would need to make the desserts by comparing other similar recipes. My only fear about doing this is putting to little or to much of what I planned for in.

I went shopping for the recipes that I had decided on making. Turns out the organic ingredients I bought was extra pricey
These are the groceries I brought to make different recipes. Just these few items cost around $60
I'm nervous as to how the recipe will actually come out and if my taste testers will like the food or not. If my taste testers don't like it then I'll simply have to find another recipe and go shopping for that one.

I cooked my version of chocolate healthy mousse and brought it to school so that people could try and give me there feed back.
I also cooked my peanut butter bars, and had guidance while I mixed up the recipe.
Not going to lie I had a completely hard time making the mousse. I either read the directions wrong (completely my fault) or I forgot to add an ingredient or put to much of the ingredient in by accident. To say the least it was a disaster and I do not wish to make this product again =)
This is my peanut butter bars dessert. I used applesauce instead of sugar to give it that sweeter taste!

Once I tasted the cheesecake myself it tasted absolutely horrible, but having other students taste it for me and give me a different response was really surprising. I was actually just going to throw it away and find a new BETTER recipe.
I called my Mentor the next day and told her what had happened when I had multiple students taste my Mousse cheesecake
