We met this morning to prepare for my final product video as we set everything thing up in the green room. The day began for me in writing a script about a NBA game that happen the night before as my project facilitator wanted me experience somethings that her students had to do in her class as they would have to research the news in create their own story. After having some difficult times in writing my script to make sure everything sounded right I had my uncle who is a student at Middle Tennessee help me with my script. Now that my script was finish I had to put my script on the computer, so that I could be able to put it own the teleporter. I began practicing on my script and although it is short on the video that’s because we decided to cut out some of the parts I had because it was longer than it needed to be. When finished practicing my script I had a chance to talk to the producer who was also a student at Middle Tennessee as she gave me tips of the broadcasting business in what I would most likely go through in college. After having a nice conversation with the producer I was now ready to do my video of myself broadcasting on my story. I was not really nervous when it came to saying what needed to said, but I more excited of the future than anything else I just can’t wait to start my career in being a sport broadcasting.

Through this was a tough process of learning about sport broadcasting I’ve learned a lot than I thought I would. Sport broadcasting seemed simple at first before learning about it as I thought you just read off a teleporter making your work more easier than most jobs. Boy was I wrong as I’ve learned that there are multiple people who are involved in this career field who help out each other to complete a story to give it to the broadcasters so they can give it to us.
This project has been a big help for me as it has prepared me for my future career. I’m very grateful that my project facilitator has given me some tips of what a broadcasting career look like.
After finishing my final product I am now ready to present what I’ve learned about sport broadcasting. This has been a tough rode as the process for me has been a little struggling, but I’ve learned everything I need to know of becoming a sport broadcaster and now learned everything I needed to know this project has given me a little experience in broadcasting even before college.
