What is to be done?
Give the precise scope of the work
Install ductwork within the Lambda lab, as per Clancy drawing 7/5385 M207 rev T1
Ductwork to be insulated and further boxed in to standards as set by Equus Partnership
When it is to be done?

Start date: Thursday 22 September 2016, it will take approx. 16 working days to complete.

How is the work to be done safely?

The precise method and sequence of operations:
Following erection of duct works. GOS to instal surrounding plasterboard and timber boxing. All cuts to be managed external to the work site and installed within the work zone. Boxing to be built in situ using various hand tools.

Examples are adverse weather or out-of-sequence working

Fire procedures and assembly points will be made aware to all operatives at site induction.
Evacuate to nearest Assembly Point.
Contact Supervisor (by phone) whom in turn will
call the Emergency Services if required.

Operatives shall report any accidents and incidents to Gallery Office Solutions Ltd and Hitachi.
In this section detail the arrangements that need to be implemented in the event of something going wrong that is not an emergency – such as in the isolation of pipelines.
Evacuate the working area immediately in the event of an incident and notify Hitachi
Supervisor who will in turn notify appropriate emergency service’s in line with procedure to rectify situation.
