Bhojan / Departure
Bhojan – Lunch
Bhojan – Dinner
The family is at the centre of this century. Many social disorders will have their solutions in the sustenance of the family system - so let us fill our lives with new energy and make our home as pretty as Gokul (where Lord Krishna spent his childhood).
In the morning, immediately when we get up, we should bow down to the Mother Earth and ask her to forgive us for stepping on her. The rays of Sun are wishing us 'Su Prabhatam‘ (good morning). We can also wish 'Su Prabhatam' to our family members with fresh smiling face). Recitation of Vedic Mantra creates an auspicious atmosphere in the home and sets the tone for the entire day.
Scriptures have acclaimed food as Brahma (God). In Geeta as well, food is considered as an important factor in the Sattvic, Rajasic and Tamasic tendencies of the human mind. So we should give importance to food (what, when and how we eat). We should eat together at least once a day. By eating together, the family comes together emotionally. We should share our thoughts and experiences of the day together. Let us feel the heart beat of the entire family as one.
All members of family should aspire to reach the greatest heights. They all should explore with the sky as the limit. At the same time they should have a strong basis of culture to sustain and prosper. Development of the whole family should happen on the strong foundation of value-based living. To run the family like that is Sadhana of Dharma, which happens in a very natural way. Every home should practise the fourfold Purusharth (objectives of life) - Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha.

The entire universe is pervaded by the Almighty, for the reason that it is dependent upon primordial nature, which in its turn is also pervaded by that Almighty. That Almighty alone its thus independent without a beginning or end. For this reason, enjoy whatever is given to you by the Almighty, protect the Self by renunciation, access it by passive awareness, and lust not after the wealth of others.

Whom (Yam) the Vaidikaa Mantradrashah (those who have understood the Vedas and to whom the mantras were revealed), the Puranas (stories and history of ancient times) and other sacred scriptures call Indram (Indra, Deva of Devas), Yamam (Yama, the eternal, timeless God) and Maatarishwaa (present everywhere like air). Whom the Vedantins (philosophy developed towards the end of the Vedas), indicate by the word Brahma as the one (ekam) which cannot be described or explained (Nirvachaneeya).
Whom the Shaivites call (Avochan) the Omnipotent (Yameesham) Shiva and the Vaishnavites praise (stuvanti) as Vishnu, the Buddhists and Jains (Bauddha Jainaah) respectively call Buddha and Arhant (without any end), whom the Sikh sages (Sikh-santaha) call Sat Sri Akaal (the timeless Truth).
Some (kechit) call him Shaasta, Prakritih, Kumaar, some call Him Swaami (Lord of the Universe and Protector of all), some Maataa (divine mother) or Pitaa (father). To whom they offer prayers, He (Sa) is the same and the only One (Eka Eva), without a second (adviteeyah)

Ekaatmataa Mantra (ekta maM~)
The Ekaatmataa Mantra is a special unity hymn, which describes the various names of God that Hindus have used in prayers since time immemorial. Though God is One, Hindus have given Him different names attributing to its special character, function, time, culture and philosophy. This Mantra reminds us of all Hindu thought and philosophy, sects and creeds that comprise the whole Hindu society. It makes us aware of the whole Hindu society as ONE and inspires us to work for its UNITY.

The test of true friendship is the ability to remain un-offended in face of adverse comments. Even if a person says or does, something which in the eyes of others appears to harm or insult him and still he does not in the least feel its prick, then alone can he claim true friendship with that person . - Shri Guruji

The thought that, this is mine and that is somebody else's appear only to those with a narrow mind. For the open minded, however, the entire world is one family.
We bow to the Devi, Mother Earth, who is the abode of bountiful blessings, the fulfiller of all needs and the ultimate refuge of all beings....1
Our obeisance to the Almighty, who is the manifestation of Truth, Consciousness and Bliss and the only source of all universal well being and righteousness (Dharma)....2
O Lord, as we organise and stand united to establish one Universal Dharma, kindly bestow upon us your auspicious blessings so that we can accomplish that noble mission....3
Grant us, O Lord of the Universe, the invincible inner strength and virtuous character which all humanity adores and the knowledge to enlighten the path leading onto our mission....4
Let our hearts be always stimulated with that spirit of a solemn vow and determination worthy of heroes, which will lead us to attain worldly prosperity with spiritual enhancement....5
O Lord, give us resolute faith in our aim as we work for the unity of Hindus and to establish world peace through the propagation of Universal Dharma....6
With your blessings, O Lord, let this triumphant Sangh (united) strength, abiding to protect the principles of Dharma, attain the supreme eternal glory....7
In pursuit of the welfare of mankind, which indeed is Thy holy cause, and inspired by the noble virtues of service and sacrifice, let my being, O Lord, be offered at your feet....8
