Job Description: Main House
Install new tin roof color Charcoal on main roof and front porch and the back addition and small roof on right side of the house.
Install ½Celtex on the entire house.
Install Dutch Lap deep granite, from Quest, on the entire house.
Remove old soffit and facie and install new soffit and facie white hidden vent facie.
Add new gutters as needed.
Recap windows with white metal.
Remove old stucco on the front porch.
Remove old plywood on the deck. If, when uncovered it is discovered that new floor joist would need to be replaced, it would be at an additional cost to the homeowner.
Install new vinyl decking on the front porch, color grey.
Remove old soffit on and replace with new soffit on the front porch.
Install new vinyl railing on the front porch, color white.
Install new lattice under the front porch.
Install tin roof on front porch, same color as main house.
Build side roof over the side door and side window, finished like the front porch roof with tin.
Job Description: Garage
Remove old garage and level lot/ground for new 20’ x 20’ pole barn garage.
Install 1 – 8x7 Garage door, using the homeowners garage door opener, if new garage door opener is needed it would be at the homeowner’s expense.
Install 2 – 36” x 36” windows on 1 each side of the garage.
Install new tin roof, color charcoal grey
Install new soffit & facie on the garage.
Install new siding, color granite.
Install new gutters and down spouts.
Prepare ground in garage and pour new cement floor. Addition gravel maybe needed to level ground this would be at an additional cost to the homeowner.
No man/side door being installed at the home owners request.
One-year warranty on workmanship related to this job.
Any additional work added or bad wood that needs to be replaced would be at the homeowner’s expense.
Clean up and haul away all debris.
Down payment due on the 1st day of the job: $10,000.00
2nd week payment of: $10,000.00
Due at job completion: $20,900.00
Total cost of job: $40,900.00
