Start with rolling your calves, about 30 seconds each

Mash hamstrings, start at the glute and end near the knee with a lacrosse/TP ball

Three stretches for lifters
Lower back stretch
IT Band roll out
Need foam roller and positive mental attitude
Periformas roll out
Need foam roller
Low back/mid back roll out
This is a pretty doable pre-mob for every day. Even if I am not working out, I still run through this, along with anything that is currently bothering me (shoulders, mid back, lats, etc.).
I included a video for the 3 stretches for lifters from a friend of mine (he’s a pretty freaking smart dude).
You cant get to it from the work youtube, but you can from everywhere else.
