This residential system is designed to significantly cut your electricity bill, and reduce carbon emissions. All of the systems include a battery management system which monitors each cell voltage, temperature, and protects the cells from over discharging or over charging conditions. The system storage capacity ranges from 3 kWh to 10 kWh, and our ESS has enough capacity to supply power to customers for the duration of most typical outages.

The Clou Commercial ESS consists of a battery management system (BMS) as its master control system and a 5KW-1MW power conversion system (PCS), which meet all demands requested from customers. The 1MW PCS is comprised of two inverters, each rated at 500KW. When coupled with stored energy, the ESS can charge the storage device from a utility source, or discharge the storage device to the utility source. The Clou ESS is charged while the electrical supply system is powering the minimum load which causes the cost reduction of electric usage. This event occurs during the night time for example, it is then discharged to provide additional power during periods of increased loading, while costs for using electricity are increased. This technique can be employed to mitigate utility bills. Our ESS also effectively shifts the impact of the load on the system, minimizing the generation capacity required.
