Ten minutes before show time Bob will call “Places!” again. At 3:00, the MC will appear and start the show. As the MC comes to the script line to open the curtain, Bob will open the curtain and Ernie will start “SF Bay Blues”. Smile a lot!
After “Mountain Dew” Bob closes the curtain. All Band members: Please don’t leave the stage until the curtain is fully closed!
Intermission is short -- only about 15 minutes, so hurry and change costumes, use the bathroom, get water and snacks, and practice smiling for the second act. Go on stage as soon as you’re ready; BOB will call “Places!” after only about ten minutes.
The Garage Band is lined up behind the curtain for “…Chicago”. Bob will open the curtain after the MC line: “It was called Urban Blues, or sometimes Chicago Blues”.
Band members: Please put the small flag in a shirt button-hole before “God Bless America”.
Ernie will guide the band’s bow.
AFTER THE SHOW:
You may visit audience members after the show, then take your stuff off stage, check twice to make sure you have everything you brought, including what you may have put in a hallway locker. Thanks for putting on a great show!
