TeamFusion keeps track of changes and provides version control for all files stored in the project cloud. To enable version control, upload a new version of a file using the same file name.

Navigate to the Files section of the project workspace
To create a new folder, click the New Folder icon, and enter a Folder Name
To upload a file, click the Upload icon
Under the file name, you will see information
о n the date and time of the last update, as well as the file size. There is also a set of operations you can perform with this file. Click View History
You have many options to control the visibility of your content in TeamFusion. There are two options you have for project files:
Private – files that are visible only to the members of the project team
Restricted – files that are visible to all users who can see this project
You can change visibility of the project files with a simple click.
The Revision History pop-up screen presents a list of changes, including date and user's name
To access a previous version of the file, click on the link for the corresponding revision record.

Select a file and click Describe as a Resource
A Collaborative Document is an easy way to share your notes and ideas. Work with your team on the same document concurrently and see changes in real time. No need to save, upload or email files back and forth
How to Create a New Collaborative Document?
Click on the New Collaborative Document icon
Enter Document Title and click Create
You will be presented with a new Resource form, and this file will be placed into the Files and Attachment section.
Write a descriptive name, short summary, select visibility and fill out additional fields
The Collaborative Document will open in a separate browser tab for easy editing
