The Combined Community Critical Incident Management Program
(This is a multi-disciplinary joint community program established by the HO REGIONAL HOSPITAL to provide incident response and emergency care operations during critical events in the communities. It will operate by setting-up an INCIDENT COMMAND CENTER to be manned by qualified practitioners). The CCCIMP Team is an inter-disciplinary team involving professionals, as well as volunteers because some of it’s services require the grassroots and people who know the terrains off their head.

Gain technical knowledge in the use of cybersecurity to manage community safety, and it’s application to emergency communication during critical incident times. Example: such as mass trauma, mass infrastructure accidents, epidemics, natural disaster like marine or boat accidents in our Northern Volta and Afram Plains in Eastern region. The main task is to acquire real knowledge and understanding to comeback to train other volunteer crisis and psychosocial workers under the program.
