Enrolment by Gender
Despite the presence of the public elementary school nearby, Ormocay Elementary School continued to increase its enrolment as shown in bar graph above, presented by per school year over the last three years.
From SY: 2013-2014, the numbers of male and female enrollees have significantly increased. Increasing the number of enrolment would mean:
Increasing the number of teachers.
Shortage of tables and chairs for the pupils
Shortage of Learner’s Material

In Kinder to Grade 3, 92% or 71 out of 77 of the learners have a normal health status while 94% or 54 out of 57 of Grade 4-6 students have a normal health status.
Presence of the different projects and programs of the school like School-Based Feeding , Gulayan sa Paaralan and 4P’s program helped to lessen the students fall outside the normal status.

There were enough textbooks or learners’ materials in some Grade level while others were insufficient or no materials at all.

In the last year, majority of the trainings attended by our teachers were about Professional Development.

PhilIRI results show an improvement in the student’ literacy. More students have moved from frustration level to instructional level in both English and Filipino.

The school got a score of 34 points in the Child-friendly school survey, making us an OUSTANDING CHILD-FRIENDLY SCHOOL.

For the multi grade school, the number of class size is 1 teacher to 15 learners.
The above data simply tells that kinder, Grade 3, and Grade 4 classes do not meet the recommended class size while the combination class like Grade 1 & 2 and Grade 5 & 6 have a bigger enrolment than the recommended pupil-teacher ratio.
15. Learner-Classroom Ratio
Except for Grade 1&2 and Grade 5&6, All levels did not met the recommended class size. This means that, there are classrooms are not over crowded.

There are enough toilets to accommodate all students in the school.

With shortage of arm-chairs and desk some pupils were made to use benches.

18. Status of continuous Improvements ( CI ) projects
The newly constructed one-unit 3 classrooms building was turned-over by the DPWH to the Ormocay Elementary School last February 23, 2015
The newly constructed one-unit 1 classroom building donated by World Vision Philippines .
19. Other stakeholders’ accomplishment.
The E-classroom of Ormocay Elementary School was realized through the collaborative efforts of the Teaching staff and the GPTA Officers and members of the school.
Solicitation to the different stakeholders were made by the school in order to realize this project
