Technology translates into the meeting between science and engineering. It is the set of technical and scientific knowledge, commissioned, that allow the projection and creation of products and services that facilitate adaptation to the environment, and the attendance to the needs and desires of humanity.
The term technology refers to the set of all meanings of the word, namely: tools; Machinery; Techniques; Knowledge; Methods to solve problems.

New Technological Devices
Nowadays nobody lives without technology, much of our day is directed to it. We use it to communicate, work and even improve our health through equipment that speeds up healing.
Technological innovation, improvement of processes and products, refers most of the time, to the devices we use in everyday life, and aims to improve the lives of users, who need it.
They are devices that contain numerous programs and store immense information, have a digital camera and countless applications. They facilitate our communication, through calls and messages.
It is a portable device that differs from computers and smartphones, although it has features of the same, it also has cameras, among other applications and allows us access to the internet.
They are machines capable of various types of automatic processing of information or data processing. They can have numerous attributes namely: data storage, graphic image processing, virtual reality, entertainment, culture, ...
The MP3 Player (in Portuguese leitor de MP3) is an electronic device capable of storing and reproducing MP3 audio files.
It was established in South Korea in 1998 by Saehan. The world's first MP3 was called MPMan. Later, several Korean brands appeared as iRiver and Samsung, which in 1999 already launched the first mobile phone that played MP3, among others around the world.
Mp3 revolutionized the way people listened to music, because the format of their music files allowed the transmission of music over the internet, without losing audio quality.
Most modern MP3s are capable of playing several other types of audio, such as MP4, and often function as a mobile data storage device and are easily connected to a computer.
It is common to use the term MP3 for compact and portable devices, but larger devices can enter the concept.
Although the classic MP3 format continues to be the most popular these days, there have been some evolutions from this, although with little success, namely the MP3 Surround.
After success of the MP3 the MP evolved and the MP4 appeared, however they are different technologies.
It began to be used in the middle of the years 2000, however it was published in the previous year. This format allows the display of high definition audio and video, so it was quickly adopted by the container industry.
MP4 can be used on multiple platforms, making it easier to distribute and use. It has a digital multimedia format that stores videos and audios, and can also integrate still images and subtitles.
It has a high degree of compression and compared to other formats, produces files with smaller size and maintains almost the same quality as the original.
MP4 was the format chosen by Apple to be used in the fifth generation of the iPod.
With this work we deepened our knowledge regarding technology, in its generality, particularly in relation to technological devices, emphasizing the history of MP3 and MP4.
