Management Report: Kathy Cappiello reviewed Fire Damage rehab . Gave copies of Property Damage issued by Erie Insurance to Board members. Total claim $36,423.89 for 984 Patriot Sq .
Grounds Report: Snow removal - renewed contract with Baker. Discussed getting signs for removal of dog waste. Board was given 2 Applications for Architectural Improvement on Property at 7806 Abraham Lincoln Dr Board approved replacing back door. Kathy will make sure on second application that replacing patio slab will have proper drainage. Betty Becker motioned to approve, Deb Grisso seconded
Bldg./Roads: Regarding Property Damage Statement – Kathy will send letter to Lawyer to make sure that all is covered. Will keep roads up to date.
Pool/tennis court: Discussed Pickle Ball Court. Tennis Court will be cleaned
New Business: Real Estates signs not allowed in windows of Condos. Letter was sent to owner of Condo that is hoarding.
Old Business: Rehashed most of the above
