One of my most frequently used programs is Outlook to manage my email, calendar, contacts and task lists from a few different accounts. I have both the desktop version on my laptops (work and personal), workstation at home and my phone. This is something that I check a few times throughout the day. Starts when I wake up, next time is when I arrive at the office, lunch time and later afternoon. If I’m doing so for school it will be at least one time more before bed. I have been attempting to not be obsessive with checking it 3 times an hour, easier said than done I’m afraid.
My mornings all start the same regardless of the day, my dogs are the catalyst for my mornings as they wake me up at 5:00A each morning.
Here is my morning algorithm.
