MEMBERSHIP • The program required to join CMA is titled “Member Training”. This is a program designed to provide key information about CMA and basic ministry training to anyone desiring to join CMA. Upon completion, you will be qualified to wear the CMA patch and logo. There is an adult version and a youth version. Each chapter will be provided with a DVD copy of both versions. You will need to purchase a new member training workbook from CMA, complete the workbook while watching the DVD and return the included application to CMA. • Only active members are eligible for nomination and voting. To be active, the chapter member must wear the CMA back patch and no other back patch for a period of six months (six months starts on the first chapter meeting after obtaining your back patch.) • Active also means having taken part in at least three chapter meetings in the previous six months. • You are not required to complete the ministry training each year to wear your colors; however, we encourage each team member to renew the course in order to truly refresh your memory, vision, and your motivation toward renewed commitment in serving the world of motorcyclists.
