Session Finalized Transactions tfgld3509m000 need to be a main session with more functions - this session is so important
1 The session Finalized Transactions tfgld3509m000 includes a box selection. However it is almost empty. It should show more information because the user analyses the financial transactions in this session:
Expected: The box selection should show the ledger account and next the same like the GL History in the box “Amounts”:
2 The session Finalized Transactions tfgld3509m000 should be a main session: Now it is not a main session and can only be started via the History sessions as a sub session. This is not useful because finalized transactions are inquired very often. Therefore, the session Finalized Transactions tfgld3509m000 should be a main session.
When started as a main session the following should be possible:
3 Using the binocular the user should be able to change the ledger account, now the user cans elect a ledger account but the session does not change to the selected ledger account:
4 The Group change icons / function should be activated.
5 Under Specific the user should the options like in the GK History to change e.g the period selection. However some functions like display all companies are not available because they do not work in tfgld3509m000. On the contrary an option “Include ledger accounts without transactions Y/N” would be useful. The user can just use the group change icons / function and the system will change from one ledger account to the next while it omits ledger accounts without transactions or not (depending on the selection Y/N).
6 View tree: Infor LN has a View Tree function that displays the ledger account tree. It would be useful if this tree can be shown like a navigator on the left side of the session.
