The Telework Research Network says that at least 79 percent of American workers would like to work from home, if only part of the time.
And it’s no wonder. Working from home can save you time (goodbye, commute) and money. Telework Research Network’s calculations say that a typical telecommuter could save between $2,000 and $7,000 a year by working from home

Looking at the drawbacks, it will take time to implement and have a staff that is self motivated.
The drawbacks can all be managed in one way or another. The amount of money you could save is the dividing line.
We will have to take into account that working from home is not for every department but certain ones will definitely benefit from that.
Certain departments and job titles should be allowed to work from home at least part of the time.
