Get-in in shape is a way of life for the people. When I was in the Unites States and I was walking on the beach, I saw a lot of fat people, and I asked myself why all these people choose to have this kind of life, with bad health, problems in his/her life. I think that there a lot of ways to get in in shape and you can find the way to lead a healthy life. If you want to change your life you have to put your own goals, I remember that when I was playing for the team of San Cristobal's locality, I pose a challenge to myself, this one improved every day my skills to be a better player, so I mean, at the beginning of your style life change, you probably will want to give up, but you have to train your brain, and start to use to do those things, obviously is for your well-being. Your goals can be in short-term or long-term that depends on you. I think it's important to transmit this message to other people that don't care about his/her health and lead a sedentary life. You can advise to the people about do exercise, eat healthy, let out the stress and try to lead a good life without worries.
But how you can start to do it, maybe if you lead a hard life, and you work every day, and maybe you don’t have much time in your day, you have to look the way to start to have these habits. For example, if you work from 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm, you can do exercise at night after the work, at least one or two hours. The food habits can be very simple, And I know that it’s the hardest thing to do but you should try. You can have your breakfast at 7:00 am or before you go out to your house to go to the work. Obviously in the work you can have a little space to eat something in the morning maybe at 10:00 Am; you can eat a little bit of peanuts, cheese pear, fruit or something healthy. Your lunch has to be between 12:00 Pm and 1:00 Pm, take care with your lunch, it must include, protein, carbohydrates, good fats, vegetables and drinks without gas. Later in the afternoon kind of 4:00 Pm, you can eat again something softly, and you’ll be ready to go to the gym and transform all this food in something good for your health and body. Now I know that those things are very important (exercise, eat well), but besides this, it’s very important that you handle the stress that you have daily, either for the work, personal problems or other things, but it’s very important that you handle it. Sleep good is other very important thing, you should try to sleep at least, six or seven hours per day, your mind, and your body must have an excellent rest during the night. But now if you don’t work, and you have a lot of free time, you should try to leave the lazy and try it, I’m completely sure that this will change your life.
But now that you’re reading this, maybe you’re wondering about it and asking to yourself why it’s important to change your style of life; well, there are a lot of important points and I’ll tell you any of them:
• Your health will improve at least in 60% or 70% in a long term and it’s amazing to your body.
• You’ll become an active person, you’ll use to be a responsible person, you’ll be more disciplined with all the things and activities that you have daily (work, study, exercise, food habits), and you’ll apart the bad habits that you used to have before that you begin with your change style of life.
• You’ll find motivation to accomplish the goals that you put at the beginning of this amazing process, and this could be the most important thing, you’ll look in physical terms, really good and the people will put the attention on you.
• You’ll reduce the possibilities about when you become an old person you suffer illness like diabetes, cardiac risk, blood pressure, and any kinds of cancer, besides this you’ll alleviate the stress and you’ll find the way to control this one.

Our culture doesn’t have the habit or the custom to do exercise, eat healthily, and worry about bad excess that complicates the health, but actually the people are more interested in this topic and the people have changed this habit, now the people enjoy to do exercise, sign up for the gym, or go out every morning and run at least 30 minutes, now many people like to eat healthy daily and they don’t leave to enjoy a dish whit a lot of calories like a hamburger, or pizza, and also enjoy a good beer on the weekends, and the people is looking for ways to liberate the stress that has daily, now exist a lot of activities to enjoy with your friends and forget all the problems of your life.
