Use the following Cornell notes format to take notes from the PowerPoint lecture. The left column is for “cue” words or items that trigger your memory. The right column is for definitions, examples, notes, or drawings that explain the cue. The bottom section is for writing a brief summary of your notes. The columns will expand as necessary so don’t worry about running out of room.
