The participants for this study that will be tested are both male and female collegiate student-athletes from the University of La Verne ranged from 18-24 years old. All of the participants were asked to sign an informed consent form prior to their participation in the study.
Participants will be recruited for the experiment by being chosen from the University of La Verne. Once they have been chosen, they will be given a date and time to meet to complete the baseline test to test their flexibility to see if they can be used in the experiment. Treatment Group A will complete the joint mobility warm-up and Treatment Group B will not. The test will consist of a series of six flexibility exercises. The test will include the sit and reach test, the v-sit test, the floor touch test, the groin flexibility test, the calf muscle flexibility test, and the trunk rotation test. All participants would have already read and signed the informed consent form prior before coming to the meeting. They will stand or sit on a yoga mat on a firm surface in exercise attire and perform the said tests. During the test, a spreadsheet will follow the participant so the researcher can record the data. The participant will be followed up with the same tests after the 8-week joint mobility warm up experiment is completed to determine if their flexibility improved.

Design and Statistical Analysis
Participants will be tested in one specific day, in which his or her baseline flexibility will be measured. Once the data is all collected, a computerized system called the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21, which is owned by IBM will be used to synthesize the data. All analyses will be measure by a p-value of <0.05.
