I sold and delivered frozen food and other company products to up to 120 customer's homes or places of business every day. I Completed all assigned route and building days according to schedule determined by my manager.
I assisted in seeking out and established new customers for my route system in my assigned areas. I made sale presentations to prospective customers. I informed the customers of new products, promotional products and any special services.
I addressed service complaints and worked to resolve them. If needed I coordinated and communicated customer complaints and possible resolutions to my manager in a timely manner.
I helped in the training of new employees with sales techniques and with acquiring new customers on my route and on other routes. I also helped train new employees with the handheld computer used in this position. I also volunteered for shadow days for possible new employees.
I increased sales on my route when I took it over from $500 a day in sales, to over $1100 a day in sales on average and on some days increased sales to over $2000 a day in sales. I have taken over broken route days and increase sales from as low as $500 a day in sales, to $1100 a day in sales, then turned them over to a qualified new or existing employees.
I have a very competitive nature, I have strong interpersonal skills, I have great time management skills. I am highly motivated and goal oriented. I have a desire for growth and advancement; I work very well independently and as a team player with a strong work ethic.
