We exist to mobilize a generation of radical Christ followers, discipline and training them to establish the Kingdom of God in Guatemala

The impact of the ministry is to enable to body of Christ to reach the lost and to disciple them.

We have set a budget that hopefully will allow us to live in Guatemala and be viable missionaries. We never want money to get in the way of ministry. We plan to set aside 10% aside each month for vacation and emergencies. Our situation is a little different than most since we have a retirement which allows us a little flexibility. We want to rely on God for our needs. He is faithful.
Carol and I will be owning the guesthouse. We have our own living quarters in the house.

Reflection and debrief
We believe that journaling will be a key to our personal reflection. We plan on reflecting and debriefing quarterly. If we feel a need to do it more often we will adjust my schedule. Setting a time each morning to briefly reflect and read the word is also a must in our daily life.
We have been in communication with the team for 4 months now and we have agreed to function as a ministry family. We will lift each other as well as make each one accountable. Our goals and objectives will be a team effort.
Team Development Plan
The director left last month and will be getting a new team member Stephen Shelley in January. The development plan is fluid and evolving.
Intentional Learning Initiatives
Every day is a learning opportunity. Be aware of your surroundings and ask questions.
