Wednesday, February 1st 4:30-5:30 1 hour
This is a picture of me doing some core when after doing my sprints. This was intended to build my abdominal strength.
Activity: I was running and doing sprints for an hour, trying to lose some weight, and gain some better cardio. I did 5 suicides, and a 2 and half mile run/jog.
Commentary: This was very difficult to do, because I feel ill with a sickness, and I was out of it for awhile, and I came back and it was very difficult to breathe and do sprints, but I had too. I probably should've rested more because I about coughed a lung out.
Friday, February 3rd 4:30-6:30 2 hours.
Me doing my set of toe touches. This was my last set of toe touches.
Activity: I did some more cardio and ab workout. I used my rower to do 500 KM which took around 30 minutes. Then I did a 1 and a half mile run. I also did 3 sets of 20 crunches, 20 sit-ups, 20 calf raises, and 10 pushups, and 20 toe touches. While having 90 second breaks.
Commentary: This is another standard workout, but is very difficult while undergoing an illness. The cough is still there lingering. I tried taking a day off, but that still didn't seem to help me recover my sickness.
Sunday, February 5th 2:30-4:30
This is me doing a right side plank. This was the end of my workout.
Activity: I did full body workout consisting of: 2 mile jog, 4 sets of 10 squats, 10 pushups, 20 sit-ups, 3 diamond push-ups, 5 lunges(each leg), and 30 second V holds, 20 second side planks (each side) while having 30 second recovery times.
Commentary: Full body workouts are always the most painful workouts. These are usually such aggressive workouts for me, I almost black out sometimes. I need to work on my water intake some more to not have those. Hopefully for my next full body workout I won't black out.
