Underwater technology industries have high rate of a shortage of expert resources because of the highly technical area such IT expertise in complex information technologies, geology, geophysics and engineering.
IT security: - This industry is depending on in complex information so the company must protect cyber-attack. The company has always been involved and attention in IT security of process control systems and infrastructure.
Technical: - By the nature of industry MacArtney´s main focus on research and development because of the rapidly changing technologies for advanced underwater solutions. The company offers wide range of technically advanced and reliable systems with high performances.
Operational: - The underwater technology industry is operating in increasingly remote geographical locations and in very hard environmental situations and in that situations it may riskier. The company need to be prepared to manage such hazards. To achieve the target goals, the company, need effective operational equipment as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
