Lead Barista/Shift Runner
I have been in my present employment for the past four years, during that time i have worked my way up to the position of Lead barista and shift runner. My daily duties include dealing with members of the public, overseeing the smooth running of the shop and a small team of staff when the manager is not present. I order stock for the day and record the food waste in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations. I am entrusted with the cash handling and cashing up of the tills daily and keep accurate records of takings using the computer.
